からだのデータを、
未来の健康へ。

黒坂研究室では、骨密度・自律神経・筋力・姿勢・足底圧分布・血流など、からだの状態を多角的に計測・分析しています。スポーツ科学と健康科学の知見を融合し、大学の枠を超えた地域介入・産学共同研究を積極的に推進しています。

データに基づく介入プログラムの開発と検証を通じて、「からだの仕組みをきちんと理解した上で動く」文化を社会に広げることが私たちのミッションです。

超音波骨密度測定（REMS法）で骨変化を縦断追跡。骨強度・関節可動域・骨格アライメントの改善メカニズムを解明します。

足底圧分布センサーと歩行解析で姿勢・バランスを可視化。外反母趾・扁平足の予防プログラムを科学的に設計・検証します。

心拍変動（HRV）解析により、運動・体操が自律神経バランスに与える影響を評価。疲労・コンディションを客観指標化します。

血流可視化・毛細血管計測・暗視野顕微鏡で血液・血管の状態を評価。体操介入が循環機能に与える効果を検証します。
